WAJASIRIAMALI wazawa sasa wanaweza kurasimisha biashara zao kwa urahisi, ziwe ndogo au kubwa, baada ya kuanzishwa kwa tovuti iliyosheheni taratibu zakufuata pamoja na hati muhimu za kisheria zilizotafsiriwa kwa lugha ya Kiswahili ambazo ujazwa kabla ya kurasimisha biashara.
Tovuti hiyo - www.fanyabiasharatanzania.com – ni zao la Timu ya Tanzania ya mwaka 2013 katika Programu ya Maendeleo ya Sekta Binafsi iliyopewa mafunzo na Serikali ya Sweden kupitia shirika lake la Sida, ikishirikiana na SIPU International na Jarskog Konsult kwenye masuala ya Mkakati wa Usimamizi wa Biashara na ukuaji wa sekta binafsi.
Akizungumza wakati wa mahafali na uzinduzi wa tovuti hiyo, Kiongozi wa timu, Dk Ellen Otaru Okoedion alisema tovuti hiyo imetengenezwa na timu ya wajasiriamali wakitanzania na wawakilishi kutoka sekta ya umma chini ya mpango wa PSD, unaolenga kuwasaidia wajasiriamali wazawa na watu wengine wanaojihusisha na biashara kupata taarifa mbali mbali muhimu zakuendeleza biashara zao.
"Hii tovuti itawaokolea muda wao, fedha na nguvu zao katika kutafuta taarifa ambazo mara nyingi utawanyika, na kutopatikana kwa urahisi na mara nyingi mjasiriamali ulazimika kutumia gharama kubwa kukusanya taarifa hizi," alisema.
Uanzishwaji wa tovuti hiyo ni hatua ya kuhamasisha ukuaji wa biashara ndogo, wakati huo huo kuunga mkono jitihada za serikali katika kurasimisha biashara hizo, ambazo uhamasisha si tu biashara kuwa na ushindani ndani ya nchi, kanda na kimataifa, lakini pia kuongeza mapato ya serikali kupitia kodi.
Tovuti hiyo ina taarifa zote muhimu zinazohitajika kuanza, kusajili na kupanua biashara nchini Tanzania.Pia imeunganishwa moja kwa moja na mfumo wa wizara zote muhimu, mashirika na sekta binafsi. Pia imetoa maelekezo ya jinsi ya kujaza fomu za usajili wa biashara zinatolewa na wakala wa usajili wa biashara na utoaji leseni (BRELA).
"Fomu muhimu zakujaza imetafsiriwa kwa lugha ya Kiswahili ili kuwezesha raia yeyote kuwa na uwezo wa kuelewa na kujaza taarifa zinazohitajika kwa urahisi," alisema Dk Ellen Okoedion.
Alisema kuwa ili kuwafikia watanzania wote, waandaji wa tovuti hiyo wapo mbiyoni kuiunganisha na huduma za simu za mikononi ili kumwezesha hata wale waliopo vijijini kuweza kufurahia huduma hiyo.
"Tovuti hii ni rahisi kuitumia, ikiwa na taarifa juu ya masuala ya biashara, fursa mbali mbali, kama vile mafunzo ya kutosha, zabuni na maonyesho ya biashara," alisema kiongozi huyo wa timu.
Kwa upande wake, Mgeni rasmi, Ezamo Maponde, Mkurugenzi Msaidizi wa Maendeleo ya Sekta Binafsi katika Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu, alisema kuwa ili kufikia ukuaji wa uchumi, mchanganyiko wa uwekezaji katika makampuni mbali mbali ya biashara, rasilimali watu wenye ujuzi, miundombinu bora, mazingira mazuri ya kibiashara na uwekezaji wa kigeni vinahitajika.
“Mafunzo haya yamekuwa na manufaa makubwa na mafanikio katika kukabiliana na changamoto za maendeleo yetu, ikiwa ni pamoja na haja ya kupata ukuaji mkubwa wa maendeleo ya kiuchumi nchini na kupunguza umaskini kwa ujumla," alisema.
Alitoa wito kwa vijana wa Kitanzania ambao wana nia ya kuingia katika ujasiriamali kubadili mawazo yao na kuona ni kama chanzo cha ajira na si kama ajira ya muda mfupi na kuipongeza Serikali ya Sweden kwa kazi nzuri wanayofanya katika kubadilisha na kuboresha sekta binafsi nchini.
