United Nation Residence Coordinator to Tanzania and UNDP Resident Representative Dr. Alberic Kacou giving out a statement at the Anti-Corruption Strategy and Action Plan (NASCAP) II Evaluation Stake holder validation meeting saying as the evaluators note it is key to address the root causes of corruption so as to promote good governance and to foster free and fair social, economic and political environment for the benefit of all Tanzanians.
