Teams.

l  11v11 including goalies
l  Ball = size 5
l  Field size is normal
l  Two 30-minute halves + 5 break
l  Finals: Two 45-minutes halves + 15 break.
l  No limit on substutions
l  Other rules and procedures follow FIFA rules

Awards.

1. Place: winners’ cup and gold medals
2. Place: silver medals
3. Place: bronze medals
   Tournament's top scorer: trophy
   Tournament's gentleman award: trophy

Players.

·         Maximum 22 players on every team’s list
·         Only players will be allowed to sit on subs bench. Every team is responsible for their spectators.
·         Players must be at least 16 years of age.

 

Format.

l  Teams in two groups: A and B. Three teams per group.
l  Preliminary round: 2 games per group
l  Final round:     final 1 - bronze match
                                    final 2  - gold/silver match

Substitutions.

1. During own throw-in

2. Goal kicks

3. Corners
4. After goal scored

Point system.

3 points for a win
2 points for a tie
0 points for loss
Rank on table is decided as follows:
1 – Total points. Most points on top.
2 – Goals scored
3 – Goals against
4 - Red cards
5 - Coin toss

Team uniform.

Team uniform is a must for all teams.

Referee rules.

1. Referees will have the final decision during the game.
2. If any player or team threatens, harms or violently intimidates the referee, they will be removed from the tournament and will not be allowed to return
3. Each team will provide a voluntary linesman for the tournament upon request
4. The referee will use normal FIFA rules with issuing cards; A RED CARD AND YELLOW CARD.

 

Conduct.

1. Any coach or player who is removed from a game by a game official or the Tournament Director will not be allowed to participate in the next scheduled game for that team.
2. Players, coaches, and/or spectators ejected for fighting are to leave the complex and not return for the remainder of the tournament.
3. Inappropriate behaviour, serious foul play, and violent conduct will not be tolerated.
4. Coaches are responsible for the conduct of his/her players and spectators on and off of the field and must promote sportsmanship, win or lose.
5. No alcohol, drugs or other illegal substances are allowed on the field or stands. Tournament organisers have the right to confiscate such items.

Lateness or missed games.

1. If a team is late or misses a game they receive a loss for the scheduled game, scored 0-3
2. If a game is stopped by the referee or Tournament Director because of the misconduct of a player, coach, or spectator that game will be decided a win for the opposing side, SCORE 0-3
3. There will be no refunds for teams that will miss the tournament

Exceptions.

1. If the tournament is cancelled by the organisers for one reason or another, teams will receive paid participation fees
2. If a team withdraws from the tournament 10 days before it begins, it will receive 80% of participation fees paid. Any withdrawal later than 10 days from the tournament will not be compensated.
