This event will be organized by the Talemwa Investment Consulting Company (TICC) Tanzania, in collaboration with Enterprise Mauritius (EM) Mauritius, and the opening ceremony will take place at the Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre (JNICC), Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. Enterprise Mauritius (EM), is a public private company operating under the aegis of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Consumer Protection. EM provides a collaborative partnership between industry and government that aims to help businesses in Mauritius expand into regional and international markets, and at the same time develop their internal capability to meet the challenges of international competition.
The Contact Promotion Program (CPP) event, intends to bring together buyers and investors from small, mid-sized and large businesses of the business communities from both two countries (Tanzania and Mauritius). The event will give a chance for industry leaders from various sectors to come together and discuss their business opportunities and strategies among the two countries. The event intends to explore the business opportunities among the two countries, taking the advantage of the Mauritius a tourist country with various business opportunities and the Tanzania a hub of natural resources bringing in the abundant business opportunities.
Therefore, the event will foster the business relationship between the two countries, and will establish a solid business partnership between private small, medium and large scale businesses and investments from Mauritius and Tanzania. The Contact Promotion Program, will involve the presentations, exhibitions, B2B meetings and business premise visiting on the second day, 23rd February 2016.
The main focus of this promotion program will be on the following key sectors, namely Light Engineering, Agro Products, Paint & Chemicals, Textile & Accessories and others. Delegates will be provided an opportunity to establish business relationship with their counterparts in the sector of their choice.
The event will also provide a platform for networking, business to business as well as a one to one business development and negotiations.
